1 Students, please send me a brief email about the question or concern.

· Give a quick description of yourself:

Where you were raised?

Honors? GPA? Internships? fr-so-jr-sr-super sr?

Hobbies? Interests?

· Give a quick description of the background of your concern.

· What is your final question(s)? List out our agenda.

· Attach pertinent files, such as petitions. Scan into PDFs if necessary.

2 Go to this Doodle site to set up a 10 minute meeting.

· Include your contact info in the Doodle: name, email, phone. For example:

· Print and bring any information we will need.

· For undergrad advising, bring a filled-out last page of handbook.
